According to the official site, a Fan Tribute video is going to be put together from various fan submissions, be they music covers, fan art, animations or even dances.

Personally speaking, the Final Fantasy Main Theme is my favorite music track in all of gaming history, with its sweeping melody transporting the listener to a world of adventure and discovery. Seeing it get this much attention and love is definitely a pleasant surprise!
