In celebration of the upcoming SNES Classic, Nintendo has released images of three new “covers” of the classic – and sorely missed – gaming magazine Nintendo Power. The covers, featuring Super Mario World, The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past and the never-before-released Star Fox 2, all feature art and designs resembling a SNES era Nintendo Power cover.
Even more exciting, Nintendo said fans who attend their panel at PAX West, at the Hydra Theater on September 2nd at 10am PST, will receive physical copies of these covers. Now, if only they would come with a new Howard & Nester comic or Player’s Pulse column…
