Looking an awful lot like Smash Bros. in terms of setup, Brawlout is beating Nintendo’s own crossover series to the Switch. Already out on PC and coming to other platforms soon, the local multiplayer friendly fighter has just been announced to be coming to the Switch later this year.
Alongside its own cast of original characters, the game will be bringing the Hyper Light Drifter from the game of the same name. The transition from pixels to polys has been good to the Drifter — and according to the game’s character page, there are still a couple more characters to be announced. No word on if they’ll also be guests, but we’ll know more in the lead-up to the game’s full launch.
