Nicalis has been promoting Cave Story+’s release in fun ways this week so far. To top it off, there seems to be a big retweet party of fans picking up physical copies and sharing what keychain they pulled from GameStop’s exclusive edition.
The celebration doesn’t end there though! If you find yourself picking up a hard copy of the game, you might want to double check the reversible jacket. 25 copies of the game have been personally signed by Pixel, the game’s creator (also known as Daisuke Amaya).

So far, we haven’t spotted any players discovering silver sharpie on their copies, so you might want to check yours again to find out if you happen to be one of the lucky few.
