Matthew Karch, CEO of Saber Interactive, has been spotted confirming that NBA Playgrounds is getting some TLC post-launch. Guna Yalamanchili on Twitter screencapped the comment when the Twitter convo was picked up and posted to r/NintendoSwitch.

Here’s a transcript of the Matthew Karch’s initial comment on Facebook:

“So we have a ton of stuff hitting with the Switch — we halved the file size, increased resolution, added online and included every other feature that is in the other versions. There are some complications at the moment that are purely logistical that we are working on with Nintendo to get the patch out as soon as possible. They have been great to work with and are awesome partners for us. The platform is just super new and we are trying to do things that haven’t been done before.”

To top it off, the official NBA Playgrounds Twitter account is thanking fans for their patience by offering Shaq Fu: A Legend Reborn on the Nintendo Switch free, but for a limited time.

For those who bought the game last month: How do you feel about this arrangement?
