Slowly but surely, weapons and items from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild have been crafted into reality. Adafruit Industries decided to join in the fun and bring the Gaurdian Sword to life, lights and all.

Measuring in over 34 inches long, the sword consists of six 3D-printed pieces, four overlays, along with batteries, lights and wiring to make it glow that Shekiah Blue.

 

They give a quick run down of their process on their YouTube page. Full instructions and files are listed in the video’s description, as well as supplemental resources in case you haven’t soldered anything before.

Now we just need a weapon wall mount guide so we can all slowly recreate Link’s abode in our own homes.
