Following the incredibly successful launch of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe on Nintendo Switch two weeks ago, My Nintendo has added a couple of digital rewards for Mario Kart fans to enjoy.
First up are two sets of wallpapers: one featuring the art off of the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe box, and the other is a calendar wallpaper for the month of June featuring Link riding his Master Cycle through Hyrule Circuit. Each set is available as both a desktop and a mobile wallpaper for 50 Platinum Points.
The third reward added is a starter guide for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. The guide features select chapters of the Prima Games Official Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Guide, totaling 31 pages. It details the mechanics of racing in Deluxe while explaining every mode and some of the Time Trial courses, complete with information about the Staff Ghost for each course. The Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Starter Guide is available for 10 Gold Points.
