MCV has just released its list of April’s best selling video games in the United Kingdom and it’s looking very good for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. Despite releasing at the very tail end on April 28th, the racer still secured the top spot, beating out the likes of Ghost Recon: Wildlands, Persona 5 and the frequent chart topper, FIFA 17.

1. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe (Nintendo)
2. Ghost Recon: Wildlands (Ubisoft)
3. Grand Theft Auto V (Rockstar)
4. LEGO Worlds (Warner Bros)

Always excited to see something a little bit different, Tom is ready to report on games of all shapes and sizes, whether they be wonderful or weird (or, better yet, both.) Rest assured, if Nintendo ever announces Elite Beat Agents 2, he’ll be there.
