Erica Griffin (the technology nerd who likes to film stuff), recently reviewed the specifics of the Nintendo Switch screen. Plastic aside, the screen’s color displays are fantastic!

Earlier this year, Erica documented her quest to have the perfect New 3DS unit, only to come across a myriad of issues: different screen types, dust, low quality, etc. Her findings with the Nintendo Switch have luckily been more positive, to the tune of 9 to 9.5 out of 10.

Here’s a quick rundown:

  • Full SRGB display (large range of colors) with proper calibration
  • Good contrast levels (about 1000:1)
  • Slight cool tone
  • Brighter screen compared to the N3DS XL

If you want the full specs and the side-by-side comparisons with the N3DS XL, check out her video!

Erica’s scope isn’t limited to Nintendo products, so if you enjoyed this video you can check out her YouTube page and see what she has to say about your favorite tech devices.
