The lore surrounding ARMS will no doubt inspire a lot of discussion from Nintendo fans, just like Splatoon did before it. After all, it’s a world filled with colorful characters who seemingly replaced their arms with spring-loaded alternatives to compete in a bizarre take on boxing. The implications surrounding it are undeniably fascinating.
Now some new art from the official Japanese ARMS Twitter account has given us a glimpse into the life of one of its competitors outside of the arena. Give it a look:

We’ll just have to wait and see how this, and the previously released Mechanica lore, is reflected in the game itself. For now, it makes the setting look that little bit more intriguing.
