The announcement of Fire Emblem Warriors by Koei Tecmo got an overwhelmingly positive response after the success of Hyrule Warriors, but now there’s even better news in store for fans.

During a financial results briefing this week, chairman of Koei Tecmo Keiko Erikawa made a clear statement about the positive opinions the company has on the Switch, and stated that they have high hopes for the success of the “anytime, anywhere” concept of the console.

Koei Tecmo has already been an incredibly big third party supporter of the Switch, especially in Japan, and during the meeting Erikawa confirmed that Fire Emblem Warriors is definitely not the only Switch-exclusive title that’s being worked on. Whether this means more Nintendo Warriors crossovers, we’re unsure of, but judging from Hyrule Warriors and Fire Emblem Warriors, whatever the company’s got in store is going to be good.
