Time to roll up to the starting line and get ready to shop, because Nintendo is teaming up with Target to offer guests a bit of Mario Kart theming in its stores across the country. Starting today, visitors will be greeted by Mario and Luigi coverings on the large, red orbs that dot the outside of many of the company’s locations to serve as bollards. Target did something similar in the past, turning them into Poké Balls back in 2011.

That’s not the only fun you’ll be greeted with, as sensors at the entrance will treat you to some flashing starting lights and play the Mario theme.

The real fun comes once you enter and grab your own “Super Target Kart” to take around the store. With designs for Mario, Luigi and Peach it’s the first time Target’s ever decorated its carts like this. It’s definitely a fun touch, tempting guests to race to the electronics section and check out Mario Kart 8 Deluxe once it releases on April 28th.

Finally, the report notes that anyone looking for a Switch of their own should keep checking in at local Target stores. The company is actively working with Nintendo to try and keep stocks up in the near future, noting plans for “the whole year.” While there’s no hard, fast numbers, it’s still worth keeping in mind if you’re Switch-less but find yourself there to check out the Mario Kart takeover.
