The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is jam-packed with things to do and items to collect. However, one item is sadly missing from the game: the iron boots, the heavy footwear that allows Link to walk underwater.
But fear not, aquatic explorers, a newly discovered glitch allows Link to forgo the boots entirely and walk under the water just like the days of old. Check out two videos of this glitch in action, thanks to Twitter user @Swiffy22.

It appears that the only way to trigger this event is to have Link get violently thrown into the water using a bomb or a giant monster. Not the most ideal way for a young traveler to lose buoyancy, but at least it works.
