Great news for both 3DS owners worried about the system’s future and fans of objective finger pointing! The Great Ace Attorney 2: Ryunosuke Naruhodo’s Resolution will be coming exclusively to the Nintendo 3DS. The news comes via a new trailer reveal during an event held in Japan earlier today.

For those not in the know, the Ace Attorney series kicked off its 15th anniversary in Japan last September with a nostalgic trip through its storied history, culminating in a surprise announcement: a sequel to the Japanese-exclusive The Great Ace Attorney. While no platform was given at the time, we now know Japanese 3DS owners can look forward to playing the game on their 3DS systems sometime in the near future.

While unlikely given the first Great Ace Attorney’s Japanese exclusivity, here’s hoping a western localization is in the works.

Make sure to check out the new trailer advertising the 3DS exclusivity below!
