Digital Foundry analyzed some footage of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild that they captured at the Nintendo Switch Presentation Event.

They revealed that the game runs at a locked 30fps when the Switch is both on the dock and handheld. The only difference between playing the game handheld or while on the dock is the resolution, which is 720p on handheld and 900p on the dock. They go into quite a bit more detail in their video but be warned, it gets a bit technical at times. Check it out below!

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild releases on the Nintendo Switch on March 3rd. You can pre-order it today.
