The rumor mill for the Nintendo Switch continues to churn, as Let’s Play Video Games reports that From Software’s acclaimed Dark Souls III is currently running on the Nintendo Switch at “a level of performance they are happy with.”
According to reports, there is no commitment to a release right now, but From Software is also considering a rerelease of the entire Dark Souls trilogy with all DLC bundled in it. DS3 on the Switch would likely release alongside new versions for XBO, PS4 and PC with all DLC bundled in, though when that will occur remains to be seen. Regardless, the prospect of Dark Souls on a handheld console is sure to excite many.
