Wario: Master of Disguise plunders the NA Wii U Virtual Console tomorrow | Nintendo Wire

Lock your doors and hide your valuables: Nintendo has confirmed that Wario: Master of Disguise will be pillaging the North American Wii U Virtual Console tomorrow.

Wario-MasterOfDisguise

Taking a break from dreaming up wacky collections of microgames, Wario finally returns to his 2D platforming roots. With the help of a stolen magic wand, our maniacal, mustache twirling anti-hero transforms himself into a master thief, using various disguises to help him pilfer anything and everything that isn’t nailed to the ground. Unlike traditional platformers, the game places much more emphasis on puzzle solving, utilizing touch-based mechanics at every opportunity it can find (for better or worse).

Considering retail copies still go for $20, the game’s digital release is a steal at just $9.99.

And I’m just sitting here waiting for GBA games on 3DS eShop. Still.
