This is excellent news for Nintendo. Beating out a system seller like Halo is no easy task, especially when Reach was sold during the Xbox 360’s heyday. This just goes to show what we already know: Smash has a lot of pull, and it’s proving to everyone that it can compete with, and even surpass, heavyweights like Halo.
