Semblance is a gorgeous game with a colorful, cartoony aesthetic that’s sure to resonate with fans of last year’s seductive side-scroller, The End is Nigh. Dubbed a ‘playdough platformer’ by its creators, players squash and squeeze a brave little blob through all manner of platforming perils by taking creative liberties with the world around him. This clever use of physics is only further enforced by a stunningly atmospheric soundtrack and engaging storyline that encourages exploration, making this is one platforming powerhouse genre fans won’t want to miss.
