Sega Sammy has revealed updated sales figures for the Persona franchise, which includes some notable milestones for the acclaimed RPG series.
The company’s latest financial report (spotted by Persona Central) reveals that the Persona 3 series of games has surpassed 5 million copies in cumulative sales, while the Persona 4 titles have shifted 5.7 million copies.
The former series includes the following:
- Persona 3
- Persona 3 FES
- Persona 3 Portable
- Persona 3 Dancing in Moonlight
- Persona 3 Reload
While the latter series consists of the following:
- Persona 4
- Persona 4 Arena
- Persona 4 Golden
- Persona 4 Arena Ultimax
- Persona 4 Dancing All Night
The report also reiterates that the Persona 5 games have collectively sold over 13 million units, a figure that was first revealed in October 2025. They include:
- Persona 5
- Persona 5 Dancing in Starlight
- Persona 5 Royal
- Persona 5 Strikers
- Persona 5 Tactica
- Persona 5: The Phantom X
Upcoming Persona arrivals on Switch 2
Earlier this month, Atlus announced that Persona 4 Revival would be arriving on Nintendo Switch 2 on May 20th, 2027 (following its launch on other systems on February 18th, 2027). It also confirmed that Persona 6, which is also coming to Switch 2, is currently in development.
