With how the series made its way to the Switch, I was surprised by the relative silence when it came to Persona games on Nintendo Switch 2. Yes, we got a port of Persona 3 Reload, but what about 4’s own “R”emake?
Thankfully, Atlus brought news on that front during today’s Nintendo Direct, including something much more hotly anticipated.
Persona 4 Revival trailer
Persona 4 Revival is now confirmed for Switch 2, though it’ll be releasing later than other platforms. While those are due in February 2027, Nintendo fans will have to postpone their trips to Inaba until May 20, 2027.
After the P4R news, a teaser loaded up for the long-time coming continuation of the series. Persona 6 is now officially coming to Switch 2, and while its characters and gameplay remain under wraps, seeing that green logo flash across the screen was still a highpoint for the Direct – stay tuned for more on both of these games.
