During today’s PlayStation State of Play stream, Ubisoft was on hand to announce “Rayman 30th Anniversary Edition.” One of the worst kept secrets in gaming right now, this re-release of the classic 1995 platform isn’t a remake like was speculated, but a digital compilation of five different ports of the original. It’s also heading to PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch tomorrow!

Including in the package are the following versions of Rayman:

  • PS1
  • MS-DOS
  • Jaguar
  • GBA
  • Game Boy Color
  • Unreleased SNES prototype

That last one is pretty cool to see, though it’s not a full game. Other features include a new arranged soundtrack by Christophe Heral, 120 added levels (whatever that means), rewind and save state functionality, and an interactive documentary with roughly an hours worth of interviews. It’s similar to the museum stuff done with “The Making of Kareteka” and such.

When will Rayman 30th Anniversary Edition release?

Rayman 30th Anniversary Edition will be available for $19.99, on digital storefronts tomorrow. If you want a physical edition, it will be available on June 26th, 2026, for an undisclosed price.
