An update to an official Silent Hill 2 remake webpage may be an unintentional hint at the game coming to other systems.

Reddit user PatricalSubstance99 (via Gaming Bolt) noticed a recent and very subtle change to Bloober Team’s webpage for its Silent Hill 2 remake. The official artwork for the game on this page now includes more room for additional platform listings, on either side of the existing logos for Steam and PlayStation 5.

As well as the visible space itself being a clue, enabling your browser’s developer tools will reveal that the website also has coded blocks, as seen in PatricalSubstance99’s screenshots below.

While Konami and Bloober Team have yet to make an official announcement for Nintendo Switch 2 and Xbox versions of the game, this is a strong indicator that news of such ports may be coming soon.

The Silent Hill 2 remake launched in 2024 and was followed by the launch of Silent Hill f last week, with both games receiving widespread critical acclaim.

Bloober Team also recently confirmed that a remake of the original Silent Hill is now in full production, according to an investor transcript on StockWatch.
