Balan Wonderworld has managed to leave a good impression so far, with its trailers and artwork capturing a style that calls to mind its creators’ previous work. Now the costume filled platformer that’s all about theatrics has shared its opening movie, letting its maestro introduce two children to the magic that awaits them and you.
While snippets of this animation have popped up, seeing them in full shows more of Balan’s character and capabilities. They’re quite something, to say the least, and while I’m into the aesthetic and eccentricities, time will tell if the gameplay also delivers such panache.
Balan Wonderworld is coming to Switch, as well as all other consoles current and upcoming, on March 26th.
