Pikmin 3 Deluxe is still a couple of months away, but a new Japanese trailer for the game is making that wait even tougher. For what could’ve been a fairly straightforward overview trailer, Nintendo worked in some adorable artwork.
It’s a thorough look at the game, explaining mechanics and objectives, but seriously look at those illustrations. Plucking Pikmin, fighting off Bulborbs and other predators, and what these plant-like pals can do have never looked cuter. These three factors are essential to success and survival, yet they can still look so disarming. Surprise attacks can make or break your in-game day!
Pikmin 3 Deluxe, with all its charm and terrors, will sprout onto the Nintendo Switch on Friday, October 30th.
