Though it’s seen a delay in North America and Europe, it looks like SNK had another trick up their sleeve for Samurai Shodown’s Switch release. The newest fighter from the company has been enjoyable on other platforms and released a whole lot of DLC characters (for free), and today they’ve revealed one last bonus for Switch owners.
Neo Geo Pocket title Samurai Shodown! 2 will be a free bonus for anyone who preorders the game. That’s not to be confused with Samurai Shodown II, the Neo Geo arcade title, but it’s still a welcome bonus and a fun nod to SNK’s own portable past. The bonus was previously confirmed for Japanese pre-orders.
Samurai Shodown will arrive on Switch Q1 2020.
