Playtonic has announced a date for Yooka-Laylee’s first side-scrolling adventure, and it’s arriving sooner than you might have expected – October 8th. Publisher Team17 confirmed the date alongside a new trailer that highlights the return of Tonics which can change up the game’s visuals.
It’s also confirmed that those who pre-order the game will get four exclusive Tonics – large head Laylee, glow-worm, disco lighting, and one that gives the duo a N64 low-poly make-over.
Yooka-Laylee and the Impossible Lair will launch on October 8th for $29.99 / £24.99 / €29.99.
