The last character of Dragon Ball FighterZ second season of DLC has been revealed, bringing some concentrated evil to the game. During FighterZ finals at this year’s Evo Bandai Namco confirmed the leaked and long rumored truth that a certain Dragon Ball Z: Fusion Reborn character would join the playable cast. See their trailer below, along with a look at a previously promised newcomer:
They’re bringing swordplay, portals, and a childlike disregard for reality to the game and that kind of power demands a counterpoint. Enter our first in game look at Gogeta, who debuted in the same movie as Janemba and was previously promised as a fighter. This fusion of Goku and Vegeta is from the current, Super iteration of the series and as such is going Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan and reaching even greater levels of power.
Janemba will be available for those that purchase them or the Season 2 DLC pass starting August 8th. It’s a quick turnaround, and while they didn’t receive dates or even windows it sets the stage of SSGSS Gogeta and the DBS version of Broly to join in next.
