The LEGO Group has announced eight new sets in its Super Mario range, with the latest additions boasting minifigures of Mario characters for the first time.
Debuting on the LEGO website, LEGO stores, and participating retailers on January 1st, 2027, the sets feature iconic locations such as Mario’s house and Bowser’s Castle, as well as a number of racers and items from the Mario Kart series.
The minifigures include Mario, Luigi, Peach, Yoshi, Toad, Koopa Troopa, and Bowser Jr., with Bowser appearing as a larger figure.
Mario’s Pipe Jump

Mario’s Pipe Jump features the heroic plumber and a Warp Pipe, with users able to catapult a Goomba with a lever.
Racing with Mario

- 84 pieces

- Ages 6+
Mario’s kart has a built-in launcher that can fire Green and Red Shells, with a coin, Banana Peel, and a traffic cone also included.
Mario’s Beach Adventures

- 196 pieces
- $19.99
- Ages 6+
This Mario minifigure is dressed in swimming shorts for a day at the beach. The set also includes a surfboard atop some ocean waves, a refreshment stand, sun lounge, and the crab-like Sidestepper enemy.
Luigi & Bowser Jr.’s Race

- Ages 4+
As with the previous Mario Kart set, Luigi’s and Bowser Jr’s vehicles can launch shells, and traffic cones, a Banana Peel, and a coin are included.
Yoshi at Mario’s House

- Ages 4+
This set introduces a Yoshi minifigure, which can join Mario at his house. Mario’s home includes a garden, bedroom, kitchen, and a green slide to travel between floors.
Bowser’s Rumbling Race

- 409 pieces

- Ages 7+
Racers in this set include a Toad minifigure in a Zoom Buggy, a Goomba in a Biddybuggy, a Bowser figure in the Bowser Bruiser, and a brick-built Cow riding the Tune Thumper. Classic Mario Kart items are included again, and the karts can fire shells and fireballs, as well as flames from the back.
Fire Mario & Bowser’s Castle

Princess Peach, Koopa Troopa, and Fire Mario minifigures star in this set, along with another large Bowser figure. The Koopa King’s castle features lava balls, hidden traps, and a secret treasure chest.
Fire Luigi vs. Koopa Troopa Battle

- Ages 7+
The final set features Fire Luigi and Koopa Troopa minifigures, with users able to launch Luigi from a cannon.
