A partnership between popular mobile game Pokémon GO and fast food chain McDonald’s has been announced.
The reveal was made from the official Pokémon GO X account, though information on what the event will entail or when it will take place has yet to be disclosed. The post (via machine translation) says that “Details will be announced at a later date.”

McDonald’s has collaborated with The Pokémon Company many times over the years, offering limited edition Pokémon trading cards, toys, and themed menu items.
Today, July 9th, is Pokémon GO’s 10th anniversary. Developer Niantic – which recently rebranded its games division as Scopely Explore – will be hosting a livestream to celebrate the milestone at 3:15 p.m. PT | 5:15 p.m. CT| 6:15 p.m. ET | 11:15 p.m. BT.
