The rumors were indeed true! Nintendo has officially confirmed that a Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase will air this Thursday, February 5th, at 6:00 a.m. PT 8 a.m. CT | 9 a.m. ET. According to a post on Twitter, the showcase will run for roughly 30 minutes and focus on upcoming games from Nintendo’s partner developers.
What is there to expect from the February Nintendo Direct?
As for what to expect, that is a bit more of a mystery. We are still waiting on Elden Ring, which was announced all the way back in April of last year. It’s also possible we could see a release date for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth following the massive success of Remake over the past few weeks. Past Partner Showcases have even surprised us with first party spin offs like Hyrule Warriors, so really anything could happen. Stay tuned!
