Sega hasn’t been shy about the crossover DLC that will be coming to Sonic Racing CrossWorlds, the soon to be released Sonic kart racer that has been raking in some solid review scores across the internet. While we already knew about Spongebob, Minecraft, Pac-Man, and even the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, early physical copies of the game may have leaked some exciting new DLC that Sega has been mum about: Mega Man!

As spotted by Sonic fansite Sonic Stadium, an insert included with physical copies of CrossWorlds has outlined the entirety of the first season pass, which includes logos for the aforementioned Spongebob, Minecraft, Pac-Man, and TMNT DLC. Avatar: The Last Airbender was also revealed to be in the works, so seeing the logo for Mega Man amidst all of that is surprising. When was Sega going to announce that crossover? Was Capcom waiting for the right time to reveal The Blue Bomber’s inclusion alongside The Blue Blur?

Alongside the mention of Mega Man, the insert also includes a render of a character from NiGHTS: Into Dreams. While that will probably be included as a costume rather than a full-on crossover with extra courses and characters, it’s still a piece of content Sega has managed to keep secret… until now. It makes you wonder what else CrossWorlds will have in store when it launches on September 25, 2025, for basically every modern console. Switch 2 users, however, will need to wait just a bit longer.
