Sega just released its new Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds commercial, and it seems to take jabs at a familiar racing franchise.
In the 30 second ad, CrossWorlds shows off their vehicle customization, traveling through different worlds, and crossplay multiplayer. Immediately after, they mention “traveling around on an open road,” seemingly taking a shot at Mario Kart World’s open world racing. There’s also a cow featured next to the RV car that’s supposed to represent Mario Kart World, which very well could be the new Cow character added. Huh, what a coincidence…
Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds will be released for Early Access for those who have purchased the Digital Deluxe Edition three days before launch; however, this does not include the Nintendo Switch or Switch 2.
