As we get into September properly, there’s one major release looming in the minds of many. With just over two weeks to go, Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds is looking to be the game to look forward to for this month. While there’s a bit more waiting to go yet, worry not, as there’s a great way to kill time coming very soon. That’s thanks to a free demo for the game coming next week to help tide everyone over!

The free demo for Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds will be available starting next Wednesday, September 17th, at 12:01 a.m. ET. The demo features only the offline single-player experience, so for online play you’ll have to wait for the full release of the game. That still leaves lots of fun to be had as the full release looms closer though. This demo will be able across several platforms, including PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S, Steam, and the Epic Games Store, so give it a try once next week rolls around.
While Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds won’t be out for a couple weeks yet, this free demo should help to bide time as we wait for the full experience. Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds releases across multiple platforms on September 25th, with a Switch 2 edition coming later in the year.
