Square Enix has announced that the Nintendo Switch 2 port of Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade will run at a stable 30 frames per second.

A recent tweet by the company promises the game will offer “smooth performance and crisp visuals.”

For comparison, the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X versions can run at 60 fps, as can the PC version if minimum specifications are met.

Intergrade is the enhanced version of Final Fantasy VII Remake, and includes the DLC expansion “Episode Intermission.”

There is still no specific release date for the game, with Square Enix only reaffirming its “this winter” launch window.
