Another Nintendo Music update! However, this week’s update is slightly different. Kirby and the Forgotten Land has now been added to Nintendo Music in celebration of its three year anniversary, however, not in its entirety. According to the app, only 23 tracks will be released at this time, with the rest of the soundtrack coming later this year. This is a first for the music service, as all other games have had their complete soundtracks added. It’s currently unknown why Nintendo has made this decision.

The 23 tracks have a total runtime of one hour and 25 minutes. The complete soundtrack contains more than 115 songs, meaning we’ve only gotten about a fifth of the soundtrack so far.
Kirby and the Forgotten Land, Kirby’s first mainline game fully in 3D, was released on Nintendo Switch back in March 2022 and quickly became a success, becoming the best-selling game for the pink protagonist. The game’s new Mouthful Mode became widely loved as Kirby was able to take control of objects, taking on their shapes.
