MAR10 Day is just under a week away! Nintendo has listed several events that will help gamers celebrate 44 years of our favorite plumber. Have a look at what you can expect in the coming days.
Switch Bundle
A bundle with the Switch OLED, Super Mario Bros. Wonder, and a three month trial of Nintendo Switch Online will be available for $349.99. MSRP for the Switch OLED is $349.99, so this bundle nets you Wonder for free! (You can get it at Best Buy today.)
Epic Universe Sweepstakes
Epic Universe, the newest park at Universal Orlando Resort, opens this May! Super Nintendo World is one of five lands at the new park, and to celebrate, you can enter to win a trip for four to check out the land for yourself. Head over to My Nintendo and you can redeem up to 50 Platinum Points for a max of five entries in the sweepstakes.
Mario Kart 8 Community Challenge
From March 7th-17th, a Community Challenge will be available on Mario Kart 8 Deluxe! The goal is to collectively finish one million laps within the timeframe, and racers will be rewarded with 310 Platinum Points for their success. In order to enter, you must go into MK8D, select Online Play, Tournaments, Search by Code, and enter 1152-2501-4827. If you’re not an NSO member yet, you can redeem a 14 day trial on My Nintendo!
JetBlue aircraft
A new partnership with airline JetBlue has brought Mario to the skies! Named the Cloudtop Cruiser, this aircraft features various characters such as Mario, Luigi, Peach and Yoshi on the exterior, as well as on the seatback touchscreens. Let us know if you get the chance to fly on the Cloudtop Cruiser or if you spot it out in the wild!

Alarmo available in stores
Alarmo will be available for the first time in retailers nationwide! If you’re interested in the Nintendo branded alarm clock, it will be available starting March 9th at GameStop, Best Buy, Walmart, and Target.
My Nintendo Rewards
For those of us who love physical rewards, two new options are now available! The Super Mario Stadium Tote Bag and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe License Holder are available to redeem for 500 Platinum Points each. For those who like printable activities, there’s tons of great options on the My Nintendo site to help you celebrate!
Switch Games Discounted
Starting March 9th, select Mario games will be available for $39.99. Games included are Super Mario Odyssey, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury, Super Mario RPG, Princess Peach: Showtime!, and Luigi’s Mansion 2 HD. Mario VS. Donkey Kong will also be available for $29.99.
GameStop and Best Buy Events
GameStop and Best Buy will both be holding events! You’ll be able to play various Mario games like Super Mario Party Jamboree, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, and Super Mario Bros. Wonder, as well as participate in a variety of giveaways. Best Buy’s event will take place on March 9th from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. local time, while GameStop will hold theirs on March 15th from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. local time.
Nintendo NYC
If you happen to live near New York City, you can meet both Mario and Luigi at the Nintendo New York store! From 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., you can interact with Mario via the giant LED wall on the second floor, and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., both Mario and Luigi will be available for a meet and greet.
