Despite being a firmly PlayStation-developed and published series, the almighty clutch of LEGO seems to have been too strong for Sony. LEGO Horizon Adventures will be released on November 14, 2024, for PC, PS5, and Switch. That’s right, Switch players will be able to experience a new take on protagonist Aloy’s adventure before Xbox players get a chance (which is unlikely to ever happen).

While we already knew this was a thing, the latest trailer in today’s “State of Play” stream revealed the pre-order bonus players will receive for grabbing the game on their digital platform of choice -and even some retail copies-. Pre-orders will start on October 3 and you’ll be able to get a LEGO version of Aloy’s “iconic” Shield-Weaver outfit, which is the thing that let her deflect all damage in the original game. There’s also a Digital Deluxe edition that comes with costumes based around Ratchet & Clank and LittleBigPlanet, two games that are most certainly not on Switch.

However this deal happened, Switch players will get a taste of Sony’s flagship series (which is soon to get a remaster) this November. Maybe if the game does well, Sony will continue to port more stuff to the Switch 2 in the future.
