A few weeks ago, we reported that a giant Ness Vinyl figure from the Mother / Earthbound series would be available to a limited number of people through a lottery in Japan. However, in a surprising turn of events, it seems the team at The Mother Project has decided to open pre-orders for the figure to everyone!
The figure, priced at 29,700 yen (approximately $200 USD), stands 8.5 inches tall and is made from premium vinyl. According to its creators, the material is meant to evoke a classic, nostalgic feel.
According to the listing, the figure will be available for pre-order until September 26th, with shipments expected to begin in August 2025. It’s quite the wait, but it seems like it’ll be well worth it!
