Few things are more exciting than the announcement of a Nintendo Direct, even when it’s focused on something other than games or hardware. Today, Nintendo revealed that a special 10-minute Direct will air at 3:00 PM PT / 6:00 PM ET, entirely dedicated to the upcoming Nintendo Museum in Kyoto, Japan.
If you’re tuning into this event with hopes of a Switch 2 announcement, Nintendo came ready slap that hope off your face! Shortly after the event was announced on Twitter, Nintendo made it clear in a follow-up post that no games or hardware would be discussed during the presentation.
Please note that there will be no game announcements or mention of the Nintendo Switch successor during this presentation.
