LEGO and Animal Crossing is a match made in heaven, but there was one curious omission from the line when it launched earlier this year: K.K. Slider. How could one of the most iconic characters of modern gaming not be included alongside villagers like Julian and Bunnie? Who even are Julian and Bunnie?

Well, LEGO is going to rectify this mistake soon as the company is bringing K.K. Slider to the world of minifigures. In a tweet from the official LEGO Twitter account, a brief teaser reveals that K.K. Slider will make his debut in LEGO form on August 1, 2024. While K.K. is the main attraction here, he will be accompanied by a few new sets for LEGO Animal Crossing fans: the town hall, Dodo Airlines, and what looks like a street vendor cart.

Those new sets will come with minifigures of Tangy, Audie, Wilbur, and a new version of Isabelle (in what looks like her fall attire). Wilbur will be able to ride in his stylish blue plane and the Dodo Airlines set will be complete with its own dock and some beach rocks. The town hall looks rather small and will possibly be just the storefront as decoration.
