How can one apply for free Nintendo repairs?
Those residing in the area who have had a Nintendo product damaged as a result of the Noto Peninsula Earthquake can visit this Nintendo informational page to learn how to send products in for repairs. The service will run for six months following the Disaster Relief Act coming into effect, until July 1st. Certain products are no longer available for repair, such as certain 3DS family models, but the Wii U and Nintendo Switch family of products should be eligible.
Can I donate to the Japanese Red Cross to help those affected by the Noto Peninsula Earthquake?
If you would like to support the relief efforts underway, you can donate to the Japanese Red Cross by browsing to the Japanese Red Cross Society site. We feel it is important to show support and sympathy for those whose lives have been uprooted by this, so if you’re able and would like to, it would go towards a good cause.
