The very first thing that must be done is to travel to the Coastal Biome and stand at this exact bush, shown below. There are a few of these same bushes in the general area, so it is important to make sure the correct one is chosen.
Once there, quickly begin rotating the left stick of the controller clockwise to make the trainer begin spinning around in place for at least ten seconds. Lastly, stop spinning and press down on the d-pad to open the camera app, and switch over to the sepia filter.
If everything was done correctly, singing will soon be heard coming from somewhere nearby, and aiming the camera will reveal Meloetta standing under a small tree nearby. At this point the camera app may be closed and Meloetta can freely be battled and caught!
