You may or may not be familiar with the in-person Nintendo stores in New York, Tokyo, and Osaka, fun and expansive storefronts with a variety of goods and set pieces. Well, another store in the chain is opening in Kyoto, Japan, and we’ve got a glimpse at what it’ll be like:

 

 

The large Mario and pipe is pretty impressive, as is the flagpole he successfully leaped atop – meanwhile elements like window decals are a more delicate touch. And it looks like there’s plenty of space (and merch) to get some shopping done. 

Nintendo Kyoto opens Tuesday, October 17th. We’ll have to see where Nintendo adds a store location next.
