I never thought we’d see the day that The Pokémon Company would release a video telling me how to sleep properly, yet here we are.
The latest trailer for the imminent Pokémon Sleep has dropped, giving us a better idea of what the game actually entails. During the day you’ll be feeding Snorlax berries and treats, letting you gather more Pokémon while you sleep overnight. From there, your Sleep Style Dex will expand!

Pokémon Sleep is expected to roll out to smart devices over the course of Summer 2023. The compatible Pokémon GO Plus + will release on July 21st.
