Alas, despite scientific advancements we’re still unable to physically hold adorable Pokémon in our arms. Thankfully we’re still getting plenty of merch to fill the void, though, and this latest release from Takara Tomy is tailor made for hugs.
The company’s new “Hold me!” plushes feature Pikachu and Sprigatito and are designed in such a way to be held, with floppy arms and legs.
The Pikachu plush has been available in Japan since March but the Sprigatito version will hit Takara Tomy’s online shop tomorrow. Naturally this is only in Japan, but enterprising importers are sure to find a way to get these cute Pokémon in their arms.
