Back in 2019, Team Cherry, the developers of the critically acclaimed Hollow Knight, registered a new trademark in Australia for “Fearless Fox”, specifically in relation to “computer game software”. Now some news has come in that suggests it’ll be an even bigger project than expected…

As NME reports, the trademark was recently updated to encompass Class 42, specifically toys, games, and other related types of merchandise. This suggests Fearless Fox will be more than just a game and could become a bigger brand, much like how Hollow Knight has been licensed out for plushes and t-shirts.

Of course, Team Cherry is currently in the final stages of developing Hollow Knight’s follow-up, Silksong, so it could be some time before we see Fearless Fox emerge. Still, we’ll be sure to bring you the latest as it comes in!
