The World Cup in Qatar is ongoing (go Morocco), and whether by fate or precision, a Super Mario Bros. Movie advertisement has popped up that features Luigi, a Dry Bones, and the iconic white-and-black ball:

It’s a short, goofy little ad, but the animation is still a pleasure to watch, and really pops when against a featureless background. We can’t wait to see what other little slices of cartoon wonder we’ll see as we wait for the Super Mario Bros. Movie to release April 7th, 2023.
