English-speaking “Trails” fans have been catching up lately, with both Trails from Zero and Trails of Azure filling in gaps that were looked over due to the PSP’s dwindling relevance in the west. NIS America has confirmed when the saga will be continuing, however, confirming the localisation of The Legend of Heroes: Trails into Reverie will launch in Summer 2023.
Trails into Reverie follows three characters – Trails of Cold Steel’s Rean Schwarzer, Trails of Zero/Azure’s Lloyd Bannings, and the mysterious masked “C”. These can be swapped between with the new Trails to Walk feature at any time.
Trails into Reverie will launch for the Nintendo Switch, as well as PlayStation, in Summer 2023. A variety of Limited Editions and merchandise are already available to pre-order via NIS America’s store.
