Back in the day, they only announced video games once a year in June (and then maybe held smaller quieter announcements intermittently). Now everybody’s got their own little stream to announce this and that directly to the masses in high fashion. Times have changed… anyway, there’s a Resident Evil Showcase in a couple days, on October 20th at 3 p.m. PT.

RE Village Gold Edition and the RE4 remake have top billing, but we’ll also presumably get a word or two about upcoming Nintendo Switch Cloud ports of RE games — the Village Cloud port drops on October 28th, with the other games (RE2 remake, RE3 remake, and RE VII) still slated for 2022. But we’ll make sure to report on anything that gets announced, updated, or revealed.
